Ambrosia Bardos (OKA Amnesia, wrtch, MAN) is a performer, visual artist and videographer based in Seattle and Chicago. Their work is informed by diasporic Rroma and indigenous Quileute ancestry, in dialogue with Queer genealogies, and in process with experiences of crisis and catharsis as a survival sex worker and survivor of pre-verbal trauma. Their pieces are grounded in liminality, improvisation and invocation.

Their current focus lies in sound and film production delineating moving-image-based narrative. They are also an avid curator, producing multimedia collaborative events and projects at Anhedonia Productions.

I am only

sensory

experience.

the movement

carries the weight

over

a

stillness

breeds silence

where i crave

none

other than a whores mouth

mothers tongue

licked

but i was clean before

i

came

without

a woman to cry

man is nothing.

the movement

carries the sickness

over

i

keep your habits
